Our Buyer Protection starts the day the seller ships your order and lasts up to 90 days. You can see if an item is protected under Buyer Protection on the item detail page to check the exact validity for the item of choice.

How to use Buyer Protection

Contact the seller

• Chat with the seller, if:
• your item has not arrived within the promised estimated delivery time & it’s under Buyer Protection [up to 90 days from when the item is shipped out by the seller]
• the item received is not as per the description provided on the detail page you’ve received an incorrect size/color/type from what you ordered

Reach an agreement

• Let the seller understand you situation
• They might track your order in case of any delivery issues or if the item’s not delivered
• They’ll check the item order information and the details you provide them in case of incorrect item type/style
• Provide relevant images and screenshots for them to confirm and reach a solution

Initiate a dispute

If the seller doesn’t respond or you can’t reach an agreement, swift2buy will step in for you:

• Go to Account > Order > Order details and initiate a dispute
• Select the item you’re not satisfied with/have not received the item
• Select Refund only or Refunds & Return application type

Get your refund

• You can check the refund in your original payment method
• It takes 3-20 working days depending on your payment method to get a refund
