Why the order status shows “Payment being verified” after payment?
There will have payment verification process in system to guarantee your payment safety.
Kind reminder:
① 95% orders will be verified within 3 hours
② 99.9% orders will be verified within 24+6 hours
Payment will be successful after verification, thanks for your understanding and patiance on this.
Successful verification will help update the order status to “Awaiting Shipment”. After order status updates, the seller will be preparing the shipment.
Unsuccessful verification breeds a closed order. Payment will be returned to your credit card which you used to pay for this order, normally you will receive the refund in 10-20 days.
The payment was deducted twice. What can I do?
Possible reasons and suggestions:
Reason1:payment was triggered multiple time on unpaid order and processed successfully.
Suggestion: As payment for each order will only be received once on swift2buy, refund will be processed to you automatically by your bank. Normally, it takes 3-20 workings days to original payment method.
Reason2:payment for another order with same value.
Suggestion: please visit ‘My Order’ page to check if any other order with same value. If yes, submit cancellation on order detail page.
Reason3:Bank hold on money temporary. Sometimes, bank sends message for payment authorization first and deduct money from your account after payment captured. In total, money will be removed only once.
Suggestion: you may confirm with bank if you still have concern on this. Thanks for your cooperation.
Why money was deducted without my authorization?
Please double check if you are the owner of the account, if yes, i would like to suggest you:
1. Check with your family members or friends to confirm that any of them might use the card for paying order
2. Contact with bank to request claim chargeback for unauthorized transaction if payment was not operated by you
Why my payment was charged incorrectly ?(wrong value)
If extra money has been deducted from your account, it may due to:
-you may check wrong order number
– currency rate change
– service fee or transaction fee charged by bank. For example, paypal method, bank will charge extra handling fee for every transaction
Why the order status is Payment Processing?
When order shows Payment Processing, we have reserved the item(s) you ordered and no changes on the original purchase price of the item(s). You might experience a delay of up to 3 hours in processing your payment due to unusual high traffic levels. Just a kind reminder, you don’t need to make payment again when the order is in Payment Processing.
